Yes. Every Pater Filus watch can be personalized, including our Personal Photo Engraving option, where we turn a treasured photo into a fine-line engraving on the caseback.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every Pater Filus watch comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, movement malfunctions, and case or crystal defects.
Is buying on-line safe?
Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and secured, and we never store your payment details directly — every transaction is processed through a secure, trusted payment provider.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, BLIK, and MobilePay.

Yes, we ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order, with all duties and taxes already included — no surprise fees on delivery.
How long will it take to get my package?
Each watch is handcrafted, assembled, and quality-checked over 2 to 4 days, then shipped with delivery typically taking 4 to 6 days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day, hassle-free return policy on all non-engraved items. Because engraved pieces are made specifically for you, they're final sale unless there's a manufacturing defect.
My watch arrived with a problem — what do I do?
Contact us at paterfilus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right — including engraved pieces if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
