Every Pater Filus order ships free, worldwide, on all Heritage watches.
Non-personalized orders are prepared and shipped within [9-12 business days] of purchase.
For watches with photo engraving, we first send you a digital proof of your engraving by email. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Once approved, production and shipping take an additional [10–21 business days].
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the European Union, and 7–14 business days for international orders outside the EU. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery times depend on your location and local customs processing.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may apply customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Pater Filus has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Once your watch leaves the workshop, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your order from there until it reaches you.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at paterfilus@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and keep you updated.
